Sharelle McMahon |
“I love chocolate, but nothing is worse than overindulging! It really ruins the treat, so I’m careful to make sure it’s only ever a ‘sometimes’ food.” |

Julie Corletto |
“There’s at least one ideal physical activity for everyone—you just have to find the one right for you! I was a state swimmer and national runner before I decided that netball was the sport for me.” |
|
Renae Hallinan |
“I love nothing better than a fresh start every day with a big bowl of fruit and yoghurt for breakfast.” |
|
Wendy Jones |
“I always have a water bottle with me wherever I go! It’s so important to stay hydrated, and I never feel quite right when I haven’t had enough water for the day.” |
|
Kath Knott |
“I like to set myself mini fitness goals each month. Breaking things up makes it so much easier to stay motivated and focused.” |
|
Chelsey Nash |
“Start your day with some physical activity. Staying in bed might seem tempting, but an early morning jog on the beach with my dog Choco sets me up with loads of energy for the entire day.” |
|
Kara Richards |
“I love mixing up my fitness regime. Doing the same thing every day can make it hard to stay motivated, but mixing activities like running, swimming or boxing, really keeps me on my toes.” |
|
Brooke Thompson |
“Nothing is worse than feeling sick and bloated after eating too much of the wrong foods. Every time I’m tempted by that second piece of cake, I think about how I know I will feel afterwards – it’s a surefire way to stop myself from overindulging and feeling gross for the rest of the day!” |
|
Caitlin Thwaites |
“Working out with friends is the best way to make sure I keep having fun with my fitness, instead of feeling like it’s a chore!” |
