Melbourne Vixens members who held a Full Court reserved seat membership in 2012, will have until 5pm, Monday the 10th of December to renew their current reserved seat allocation. Members who do not renew their Full Court reserved seat membership prior to this date will have their reserved seat allocation returned and re-allocated to new members.
Im on the Melbourne Vixens direct debit payment plan, when will the instalments be debited?
The first instalment plus a one off service fee of $20.00 will be debited at the time of receiving your membership application. Remaining instalments will be debited on the 15th of each month from January to April. We kindly ask members who have utilised the direct debit payment plan to have sufficient funds available on these dates. If you need to update your credit card details or want further information about the direct debit payment plan, please contact 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67). (Members who have purchased and/or upgraded to a new reserved seat membership will have their first instalment debited at the time of allocating the reserved seat).
I have purchased and/or upgraded to a Full Court reserved seat membership, when will I receive notification of my new reserved seat allocation?
New and Renewing members who have upgraded to a new Full Court reserved seat membership will have their reserved seat allocated in December. Memberships being paid by a nominated credit card will not be charged until the time of allocating the reserved seat membership. Your personalised membership card and supporter pack will be lodged via Australia Post in January.
When will I receive my personalised membership card and supporter pack?
The first lodgement of personalised membership cards and supporter packs will be lodged via Australia Post early December. Due to the high demand of parcels being lodged via Australia Post in December, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that these items will be received prior to Christmas. If you have purchased a membership for a Christmas present, please visit the Melbourne Vixens website and follow the links to print your complimentary Melbourne Vixens Christmas certificate. (This lodgement will not include members who have upgraded to a new Full Court reserved seat membership).
I have lost my Melbourne Vixens membership card, what do I need to do?
If you have lost your personalised membership card, please contact the membership team on 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67) to have your membership card re-issued. Once your membership card has been re-issued your previous barcode will be invalid.
My personalised membership card and supporter pack has not been received, what do I need to do?
If you have not received your personalised membership card and supporter pack please contact the Melbourne Vixens membership team on 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67) to re-order. Once your membership card has been re-issued your previous barcode will be invalid.
How can I purchase a Melbourne Vixens member guest pass?
2013 Melbourne Vixens members who hold a Short Pass and/or Full Court general admission membership will have the opportunity to purchase one (1) members guest pass within the Melbourne Vixens members general admission area during the season. (Ticketek on sale date and member guest pass prices for the 2013 ANZ Championship season are yet to be finalised)
I have a general admission membership and my friend has a reserved seat membership, how can we sit together?
As there are limited general admission seats available in the members area, members who hold a reserved seat membership are unable to occupy these seats.
Can I transfer my Melbourne Vixens membership to a friend or family member?
Yes, members can transfer their 2013 Melbourne Vixens Membership to friends and family members. A 2013 Melbourne Vixens membership card will only give patrons one (1) entry entitlement per home game.
When is the Melbourne Vixens Family Day?
The Melbourne Vixens Family Day will be held at the State Netball Hockey Centre in February 2013. The date is still to be confirmed and will be communicated once finalised.
What is the Member Only post-match function and when will it be held?
2013 Melbourne Vixens members will have the opportunity to meet and greet the Melbourne Vixens athletes in an exclusive Member Only function. Dates are TBC; however members will be notified via email.
How do I subscribe to receive Melbourne Vixens emails?
Melbourne Vixens members will automatically receive Melbourne Vixens emails. If you wish to opt-out, please unsubscribe through the email you have received.
How do I update my personal contact details?
