Melbourne Vixens Online Account
In 2013, the Melbourne Vixens & Ticketek will
team together to provide our loyal supporters access to a new Melbourne Vixens
online account for members.
The online account provides our fans with the convenience and satisfaction of
continuing their support with a simpler purchase process, the ability to update
their personal contact details and updated information on exclusive member
benefits.
The following instructions may assist when logging into the new Melbourne
Vixens members online account for the first time;
Update personal contact details -
Melbourne Vixens supporters will have the opportunity to update their following
personal contact information;
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Email Address
- Contact Numbers
- Address Details
To access this page, from the Main menu under Members, supporters will
need to select the Member Details option from the drop down box. Enter
new personal details and save.
To ensure our supporters receive all Melbourne Vixens communication, we kindly
ask that you update your email address or mobile number if they have changed.
Change my current password - From the
Main menu under Members, supporters will have access to create a new
password. The password will need to be a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum
of 50 characters in length.
Renew existing Full Court general admission/reserved seat membership - 2012 Melbourne
Vixens members can renew their existing membership online with a valid credit card. From the Main menu under Members,
renewing members will need to select the Renew Same Seat option.
A purchase information summary will appear that will display the members
existing membership product from the 2012 season. Add valid credit card details and Submit Order to renew existing
membership package.
Members who have supplied a valid email address will receive an order
confirmation via email.
Renew existing Beyond the Court membership - 2012 Melbourne Vixens members that wish to renew their existing Beyond the Court membership will need to purchase a 2013 Beyond the Court membership package through the Packages option on the main home page.
A order information summary will appear that will display the Beyond the Court product. Select Go to Payment to continue the purchase process. A purchase information summary will appear, add valid credit card details and Submit Order to renew existing membership package.
Members who have supplied a valid email address will receive a order confirmation via email.
Change existing membership package -
2012 Melbourne Vixens members that wish to alter their existing membership
package can do so from the Main menu under Members and then selecting
the Renewing Membership option.
To alter the existing membership product, renewing members will need to select
a new membership package and/or price type from the drop down box under the
existing membership description.
Once you have selected the package that suits your needs select the Proceed
to Payments option.
A purchase information
summary will appear, add valid credit card details and Submit Order to
renew a different membership package.
Members who have supplied a valid email address will receive a order
confirmation via email.
2012 Melbourne Vixens members will be issued with a new online password in
2013. The new password will be communicated via email and on the Melbourne
Vixens renewal notice which will be lodged via Australia post within the coming
weeks.
To access your account prior to receiving your new online password, please
follow the below instructions;
- Access the Melbourne Vixens online account website (Click the Paw)
- Enter your 2012 Melbourne Vixens Membership number and click the Forgot/Reset
Password button
- A new password will be emailed to the email address that is currently listed
in your membership account
