Just follow these three easy steps:

 

1.            Book a group of 20 or more to one or all of the Melbourne Vixens Home games being played in May at Hisense Arena, Melbourne, as listed below.

 

·                     Sunday 3 May- Melbourne Vixens v Adelaide Thunderbirds (2.30pm)

·                     Monday 25 May – Melbourne Vixens v NSW Swifts (7.00pm)

·                     Sunday 31 May – Melbourne Vixens v Queensland Firebirds (2.30pm)

 

2.            Support the Melbourne Vixens Major Partner and the ‘Go for your life’ message at these games.

 

3.            Submit the Entry Form and photographic evidence of how you support the ‘Go for your life’ messages at your Association/club or school as well as whilst traveling to or from any of the Vixens home games at Hisense Arena.

 

The Victorian State Government’s ‘Go for your life’ initiative promotes healthy eating and physical activity, two key ingredients for a healthy life. Now it’s your chance to show us how your Association/club or school is living these messages.

 

So grab your cameras and put your thinking caps on, the more creative the better. To get you started here are some ideas…

 

·         Serve healthy options in your canteen

·         Encourage all children to participate in daily physical activities

·         Drive past the “drive thru” and pack some healthy snacks instead.

·         If you’re stopping along the way to the game, why not have an exercise break as well – can you get others to join in?

·         ‘Go for your life’ is all about going green, so why don’t you? Dress up in your best green threads for the journey!

 

The possibilities are endless!
